  1. I have to say, this blog is a pleasure to follow. I've learned a great deal by studying your trades, and your success rate is astonishing. Keep up the good work, and thanks!

  2. Thanks. Appreciate your feedback. I have been slowing down on this blog after having received the legal advice that only an investment adviser can make a recommendations on securities. Anyway, thanks again.

  3. Perhaps add a disclaimer clearly stating that the purpose of your blog is merely to log your own trades rather than provide investment advice to others? I've seen such disclaimers before. For example, a quick google search turned up the following:

    http://www.free-financial-advice.net/disclaimer.html

Furthermore, numerous amateurs on Seeking Alpha and Motley Fool post stock picks and investment ideas, and I've never heard of any of them being slapped with a lawsuit.

However, I can certainly understand how you might wish to avoid legal trouble. Regardless of what you decide to do, thanks for making this resource available to those of us interested in options. Good luck!

  4. I feel stupid. I just read your disclaimer at the very top of your site. It seems to me that you have your bases covered.

  5. Dear K, thanks for the research. It's a difficult decision, but I'd make one soon. Use my trades for the education. I have found that trading Weekly options are more rewarding due to favorable rewards with time decay.
